Return Policy

Pineapple Post is proud to offer the highest quality merchandise. Every item is personally inspected by our qualified staff before it is packed and shipped to you. Each item is carefully packed and insured for shipping. If, however, an item has been damaged during the shipping process, please follow our claim instructions listed below. We will make every effort to replace the item quickly. We cannot guarantee full replacement value if a proper claim of loss or breakage is not made.

Unused items may be returned for refund or exchange within 30 days from the date of purchase. Damaged items must be reported within 5 days of receipt of the shipment (please see more information below under "Damaged Items"). Pineapple Post will refund the amount of purchase, not including any shipping and handling charges, after the returned items have been received and inspected.

If, for some reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly accept returns within the following guidelines. Unfortunately, these types of items are not returnable:

  • Fabric items such as linens and handbags that smell of cigarettes or other odors.
  • With all hand-crafted and hand-painted items, variations in color, size, shape are to be expected. These returns will be accepted to our discretion.
  • Any product that has been used.
  • Silver and metal serve ware should not be used, tarnished or scratched.
  • Flatware that is not sealed in the original bags.
  • Custom or personalized items.
  • Special orders of items not shown on the website and that Pineapple Post does not stock.

Orders for 6 or more of the same item are considered a special order and will incur a 25% restocking fee if returned, plus the cost of shipping we may have paid to send it to you.

To Return or Exchange an item:

1. Place the item securely in its original packaging and secure package with packing tape.

2. When applicable, all product and care cards must be included.

3. Product must be in new and resalable condition.

4. Fill out the bottom of the packing slip, including the reason for the return, and put it in the package.

5. All returns must be sent to: Pineapple Post 2403 S. Third St. Jacksonville Beach FL 32250.

6. Insure your package and keep a copy of the Tracking Number.

7. DO NOT send C.O.D. - we will not accept it.

8. If you have any questions, call us Toll Free at 1 (800) 680-8018 during store hours, Tuesday thru Friday 10-6pm, Saturday 10 - 5 pm EST.

9. Credit will be given upon return of items less shipping/handling expenses and/or any costs associated with purchase.

10. Exchanges - return the item for exchange and indicate the new item you want shipped on the enclosed packing slip.

Damaged Items
All products are inspected and packaged by experienced packers and contents are insured. Please examine package carefully for missing pieces, products, etc. Do not throw away shipping package. If there is damage or breakage, please retain the package and ALL packing materials as you received them and notify the shipping service (UPS, US Postal Service) immediately (but no later than 5 days from receipt of the shipment) to make a claim. Refer to the tracking number on the outside of the package.

Please also notify Pineapple Post at 800.680.8018 so that we can begin the process of replacing the damaged item.
